Preparing For Your Appointment
Brow Treatments
- Stop usage of AHA/BHA/PHA/Salicylic and topical retinoids/active exfoliants at least 5 days before your service.
- Use of Accutane must be stopped four months before your appointment.
- Arrive on the day of your appointment with clean skin free of any cosmetics.
- Let your brow hair grow out for at least 2 to 3 weeks before a lamination, and wait 7 weeks before scheduling your next brow lamination.
- Do not drink coffee, alcohol, or take Aspirin, Advil, Ibuprofen, or any pain relievers 24 hours before a permanent makeup appointment.
- No use of chemical peels within the area being treated.
- Any use of fillers or Botox should not be done within one week of a permanent makeup treatment.
Lash Treatments
- Arrive to your appointment with clean lashes.
- If you wear contact lenses, please wear your glasses to prevent your eyes from watering.
- Do not use a lash curler within 24 hours of your appointment.
Waxing and Sugaring
- Exfoliate your skin 48 hours before your appointment.
- Stop use of AHA/BHA/PHA/Salicylic and topical retinoids/actives during the week of your appointment.
- Use of Accutane must be stopped at least 4 months prior to your service.
- Limit use of cosmetics within the area to be treated on the day of your scheduled service.
